How the initial consultation and fitness assessment works:

1.  We schedule a convenient time for you to come into the Peak Fitness Training Studio in Medina.  We give you a tour of the studio and answer your questions about us.

2.  We listen and get to know you.  You tell us what your goals and needs are.  We want to know as much as we can about you so we can put together a program that will maximize your results.

3.  We perform a quick fitness assessment.  It is important to know what level of fitness you are at now.  After training with us for awhile, we will then retest you.  It is a great motivational tool to see your progress on paper!  Your assessment will consist of:

         ▪ Cardiovascular test to determine your aerobic conditioning
         ▪ Strength and endurance test
         ▪ Flexibility test to check muscle tightness and elasticity
         ▪ Body fat analysis

These tests are simple and are not painful! Please allow up to 60 minutes for this appointment.
When we are done we will recommend a plan of action for you based on your unique results.  You can then decide how you want to proceed.
