As a moderately successful high school track runner, I knew my way around a weight room. However, I was never really able to get the full results I wanted or gain the muscle mass I needed to continue in track. Finally, after my junior year track season, I decided that in order to come back with my desired results for senior year, I needed to get training with a professional. I started working with Laurey in the fall and within weeks I started to see huge results. We discussed the importance of eating healthy and having a consistent diet as well as work outs to help all areas of my body. Four months later, I had gained 12 pounds of lean muscle mass and felt stronger, faster, and more prepared for my season. I can confidently say that I am nearly twice the runner I was before and I am looking forward to a big season. It also didn’t hurt to look better without a shirt on for Spring Break and the upcoming summer!
