                                         weights with goals derived from your fitness assessment to improve
                                         your overall health (blood pressure, body fat, endurance, strength, etc) 
                  TONE UP?-   A total body weight and cardiovascular program with extra emphasis
                                         on your most desired improvement areas
                   ATHLETE?-  A periodized, sport-specific program using appropriate techniques like
                                         muti-joint lifts, functional training, core training, powerlifting, speed
                                         training, and plyometrics to deliver peak performance
                WEDDING?-  A periodized program to tone you up and have you looking your best for
                                         your once in a lifetime day
            PLATEAUED?-  We will develop a program that adjusts your exercise variation,
                                         volume, intensity, and rest periods to break you out of your rut and
                                         keep you progressing

We currently service the following areas in Minnesota:  Medina, Plymouth, Wayzata, Crystal, Brooklyn Park,  Champlin, Osseo, Maple Grove.  If you are interested in training with us and you live outside these areas, please contact us to discuss your needs.

We have many packages to choose from.  Pricing will depend upon session quantity, private/semi-private, small group classes, and studio or in home training.  We will discuss pricing and packages at your free fitness assessment session.  The fitness assessment is free with no obligations.  We will not try to "hard-sell" you on purchasing a package. 

All of our packages include a free initial consultation/physical assessment and exercise training program. Workout sessions are one hour. 

You get all of this in any package you choose.  We want you to succeed!
