  1. We schedule a convenient time for you to come into the Peak Fitness Training Studio. We give you a tour of the studio and answer your questions about us.
  2. We listen and get to know you. You tell us what your goals and needs are. We want to know as much as we can about you so we can put together a program that will maximize your results.
  3. We go over your health history and goals.  We also offer a mini workout to assess your strength and conditioning.

Please allow up to 60 minutes for this appointment. When we are done, we will recommend a plan of action for you based on your unique results. You can then decide how you want to proceed.
